Charity & a Rolls Royce
July 18th, 2012 | Posted by in Contemporary Art | My Diary | THINGS I LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOUThe story:
I am in Munich at the moment & was invited to a Charity evening yesterday night. A Rolls Royce Chrystal Silver Cloud II (from 1960) was covered by 1 Mio Swarovski stones. This happened during 4years of daily handwork by 6artists. The project came up and was realized by the German Firm Edgar M.
The sales revenue of will be used for the foundation called: “Help in Motion” (http://www.help-in-motion.org/)
Furthermore to be able to visit the people in situ by avoiding their long travels to be able to get medical supply. A lovely project and a bling bling car – and I am sure it won’t take long to find a new owner who will shine almost brighter than the sun in his new car by having a good feeling in his heart as his money has the best investment ever: Charity.
What more can I say than it’s the best thing to do something good to other people!
